I have amassed or developed a large collection of material devoted to ITSM. The diagramatic material and Powerpoint presentations have been gleaned from web sites during research and production of my videos on ITIL Version 3 and later constructions. Much of the video material comes from Youtube which I have copied to this site (since it has a tendency to disappear from Youtube). The original material material (videos and Presentations) are presented as enhancements to the Figures contained in the ITIL Version 3 literature.

There are two main sources for Video files. The large collection of Charles Sturt videos deal with ITIL Version 3 material and have been re-published here for download or access. The second source is my own rendering of the diagrams contained within the ITIL library volumes (white backgrounds). These are available as either videos or as Powerpoint shows in widescreen resolution format (720 x 480).
